I'm doing fine as I sound

We propose a two and a half hour meeting developed as mental training, carried out in the ways of humanistic counseling.

It consists of a series of activities aimed at activating awareness of what we bring to the stage, in order to enhance the resources we already have or decide to acquire others.

The goal is to develop self-confidence and overcome the fears that block us during a performance.
You will need to bring thick socks to be comfortable even without shoes, a cushion to sit on, and possibly a blanket if you feel cold during the more static moments.
Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Sara Bondi

Flutist, teacher, and counselor, Sara Bondi was born in Cuneo and graduated in flute from the conservatories of Cuneo and Vienna. Winner of numerous international competitions, she has performed, among others, in the orchestras of the Teatro Real in Madrid and the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari. Very active in the chamber music field, in 2012 she performed at Carnegie Hall in New York in a duo with David Revuelta.

She graduated in Counseling from the DCS Academy in Genoa and is registered in the Assocounseling registry as a professional counselor.

She works as a flute teacher at Progetto HAR in Cuneo and at the civic school of Turin, combining high-quality musical teaching with personal care, thanks to the combination of music and counseling. She is a counselor for the students of the yearly course by Maria Siracusa at the cultural association Compagnia di San Filippo (TO) and has been coaching musicians in preparation for competitions and auditions for years.
